What’s included with a school license?
RootedSparks school licenses include digital, classroom-ready materials for the license scope you purchase (Per Classroom, Grade Band, or Full School). You’ll get teacher guidance, student activities/printables, and implementation resources designed to be easy to run in real classrooms.
How does Per Classroom licensing work?
Per Classroom is $350 per classroom per year. Set quantity to the number of classrooms you’re licensing. After purchase, we’ll confirm the grade level(s) and start date so you receive the right materials and rollout guidance.
How does Grade Band licensing work?
Grade Band is $1,250 per year for one band: K–4 (Elementary) or 5–8 (Middle School). It includes up to 4 classrooms per grade within the selected band. If you need more than 4 classrooms per grade, contact us for a custom quote.
Do you offer schoolwide licensing?
Yes. Full School licensing is best for schoolwide adoption and includes onboarding and implementation support. Schedule a kickoff call and we’ll confirm fit, classroom counts, timeline, and purchasing method (card or PO).
Can we pay by purchase order (PO) or invoice?
Yes. If you need PO/invoicing, schedule onboarding or contact us and we’ll provide the paperwork your school or district requires.
How does annual auto‑renew work?
Licenses are billed annually and auto‑renew each year unless canceled. You can cancel anytime—access continues through the end of the paid term.
Can we start small and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many schools start with a Per Classroom or Grade Band license to pilot RootedSparks, then expand once they see what works for their students and staff. If you’d like to upgrade mid-year (more classrooms, additional grades, or moving to schoolwide), contact us and we’ll help you transition to the best-fit license.
